The Flatwater Race is designed for straight out speed in cairn to light conditions. The recessed deck with drainage holes provides a low centre of gravity, and it's narrow width, fiat rocker and slightly rolled hull make it lightning fast. lt doesn't push water like other designs and has a low wash tail to help prevent drafting.
